Biofabrica LLC is a Russian manufacturer of plant fibers (fiber).
The company was established at the end of 2015 in the city of St. Petersburg by a group of specialists – entrepreneurs and technologists who worked before this project at a similar enterprise in Belgium.
The production was launched a year later, in December 2016.
Thanks to the 20-year experience of Belgian technologists in this industry, the Biofabrica company has a unique technology for the production of plant fibers (fiber) with a fiber length of 35, 90, 200 and 500 microns, and production facilities allow to produce up to 250 tons of products per month.
Raw materials for the production of plant fibers (fiber) are purchased in Russia and partly abroad. Like its closest Russian competitor, the Biofabrica mainly produces vegetable–wheat fibers (fiber).
The uniqueness of the Biofabrica company’s products lies in the production of fiber, which in many respects surpasses analogues that are imported by ingredient suppliers today.
In Russia, there are no companies that, in their approach to the products being developed – vegetable fibers (fiber), have even come close to a Biofactory.
Everything from packaging to constant and regulated fiber quality is the most advanced and unsurpassed production process in Russia.
Products of 35 and 90 microns are produced on unique equipment for the first time in the world! The demand for this product is very high.
